Message from the Chairman,

Congratulations to Pete Olson (CD22), Greg Ordeneaux (Commissioner Pct 1) and Pat Baig (Precinct 4062) for their Primary Run-Off Elections this past Tuesday.

We now have our complete slate of great candidates for the General Election with the Primary Run-Off Election completed. You will find a list of them and the offices they are running for on this website. All of them are outstanding citizens and strong, conservative Republicans.

At issue for us is that Democrat candidates will oppose many of them in the November election. It will critical for us to come together as ONE Party to register new voters, grow our Party, reach out to minority groups, educate the public about our Republican Party, actively support all of our candidates and energize our voters to show up at the polls on November 4th.

On May 1st, 2008, we will convene the new Executive Committee of the Party for the 2008 to 2010 term of office. This governance body will be sworn into office at 7 PM at the Fort Bend County Rosenberg Annex. Please come and welcome the new leadership team at the grassroots level of our Party. Our new Officers will also be elected.

I want to encourage you to thoroughly review this website of the Republican Party of Fort Bend County. You will find information related to the upcoming General Election in November 2008, our outstanding Republican candidates and details about upcoming Party functions and activities. And if you have done, please register to receive our emails on the front page of the website…this is one additional way we are able to communicate our Party and candidate information to Republicans in Fort Bend County.

Our purpose is clear…our efforts must be united. Together we will win!
